Cancellation must be made at least 30 days prior to arrival, otherwise 1 night's room charge plus tax will be applied to your credit card plus a $25 transaction fee will be charged.
In off-season the charge is $50 plus the $25 transaction fee.
A deposit of $100 is required for a stay of more than one night.
