Cancellation must be made at least 14 days prior to arrival.
Please Note: JUNE,JULY,AUGUST and SEPTEMBER require 60 DAYS NOTICE of cancellation.
After a booking is made and a deposit is put thru and you want to cancel for any reason outside of the cancellation period there will be a $25.00 bookkeeping charge.
If it is cancelled within the 14 or 60 day range, you will lose one night's deposit.
