72 Hours cancellation notice required in the Value, Shoulder and Summer seasons.
30 Days cancellation notice required in the Peak and Monthly/Seasonal periods.
A 25% reservation deposit is required at the time of booking for daily, weekly or monthly reservations. A deposit of 50% of the first months rent is required for seasonal reservations.
A $25 admin fee is charged for any cancellations made with adequate notice. The reservation deposit is forfeited for cancellations without adequate notice.
Balance is not due until check-in.
