Cancellation Policy

Reservations 1. Once you request a reservation, you will receive an automated message that acknowledges your inquiry. 2. Upon confirming your reservation, we will send you a second email with a confirmation number. 3. Prior to check in, a deposit of the first night's room and tax will be charged to your credit card (VISA or MasterCard). In the case of multi-day special events such as June Sports, SeaFest and the Alert Bay 360, full payment will be debited for all nights booked once the reservations is made. Cancellation Policy 1. Once you make a reservation, you may cancel within 24 hours without charge. 2. If you cancel more than 14 days from the date of check in, there will be no charge. 3. If you cancel 14 days or less from the date of check in, we will charge your card for the equivalent of one night's stay. This deposit is non refundable. 4. Reservations that are not cancelled will be charged the full amount of the room(s) booked. Please note that all cancellations or room changes must in writing to reservations@alertbaylodge.com Additional Persons Room prices are based on two occupants per room. In the case of children, one child five years and under is permitted to stay for free if they use existing beds in the room. All others must pay a charge of $25 per person per day. We charge $25 per day for use of our crib or portable cot.
