Please advise as soon as possible. Notice of cancellation or a shortened stay must be given 30 days prior to your arrival date or full payment (with Tax) for your booking is required. If that vacancy is re-booked we will refund the balance. All cancellations are subject to a 20% cancellation fee with credit given for the remainder of your deposit.
